Return Policy

BSO guarantees guest satisfaction on the products and electricals we sell!

HASSLE FREE GUARANTEE: If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase simply bring it back within 15 days and we’ll exchange it or offer you a store credit. Provided the following guidelines are met.

ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT OR ALTERNATIVELY, IF THE CUSTOMER’S PURCHASE HISTORY AND CONTACT INFORMATION IS ON FILE. ALL ORIGINAL COMPONENT MUST BE RETURNED AT THAT TIME (IE: ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND IF APPLICABLE, ANY ACCOMPANYING FREE PRODUCT/GIFT)

NO EXCHANGES WILL BE GIVEN WITHOUT PROOF OF PURCHASE.

ALL CLEARANCE SALES ARE FINAL

ALL TRAVEL SIZE LIQUIDS ARE FINAL SALE.

LIQUIDS: All liquids may be exchanged, provided that the exchange is made within 15 days of original purchase date. If the customer is unable to find a suitable product exchanged or the desired item is not in stock, a store credit in the amount of the original price paid for the originally purchased product will be issued. Liquids must have a minimum 2/3 full in original packaging and if applicable, any accompanying free product/gift.

STYLING TOOLS: All styling tools may be exchanged, provided that the return is made within 15 days of original purchase date. If a customer is unable to find a suitable product exchange, or the desired item is not in stock, a store credit in the amount of the original price paid for the originally purchase product, will be issued. Item must be in original packaging with all attachments and free products.

DEFECTIVE STYLING TOOLS: Styling tools may be exchanged, provided that it is made within 15 days of the original purchase date and is accompanied by a receipt. Exchanges are for the same product originally purchased. Refer to the manufacture warranty for defects exceeding 15 days. 

HAIR COLOUR: Unopened hair colour items may be exchanged only, provided that the exchange is made within 15 days of the original purchase date. If the customer is unable to find a suitable exchange or the desired item is not in stock, a store credit in the amount of the original price paid for the originally purchased will be issued.

PERSONAL ITEMS: Personal items such as brushes, combs, cosmetics, eye lashes, Eyenvy products, Esthetician supplies, hair accessories and extensions, nail polishes, nail accessories, masks, and paraffin/waxing supplies,  are considered final sale items and are not exchangeable.

CLIPPERS AND TRIMMERS: For health and hygiene unopened Clippers/ Trimmers can only be exchanged within 15 days of purchase.  Clippers/ Trimmers with a manufacturer defect should be returned directly to manufacture within one year of original purchase date. Unless otherwise specified in a manufacturer’s warranty.

Quality is very important to us. We take protecting the integrity of the products we sell very seriously. BSO policy does not permit the resale of used, damaged or expired products. The BSO policies, training and return procedures are aimed at ensuring that the highest quality products are sold in our stores.

BSO will not be liable for any product sold that has been damaged, rendered defective or from any injured suffered as a result of accident, misuse, abuse, improper or inadequate maintenance  of the product, or by any operation outside the normal usage parameters as described in the user instructions, or any other external cause.

In order to offer the best shopping and exchange experience to as many guests as possible.  The BSO reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous exchange
